Established in 1980, Buttermores LLC has been serving Southeastern Connecticut for over 45 years. What started as lawn mowing and mower repair morphed into a full service landscape construction company during the mid 80’s thru late 90’s. During the late 90’s and early 2000’s we turned more to excavation and formed lasting ties serving many local contractors. In 2005 we became septic licensed and have grown into a full service septic company offering maintenance, repair, installation as well as excavation services. Today Steve, Diane, Grant Buttermore along with a couple of Techs make up our small team of septic professionals.

Hire Local, We grew up here, we live here, we are your neighbors. We sponsor your kids sporting teams, we donate to our local fire dept, food pantry, animal shelters and more. Please talk to your neighbors, get local references, not just the first one who popped up on the web or social media. We are vested in this community.  Some of our trucks and equipment are older but we call it “experienced”. We take care of our equipment & that should comfort you to know that’s how we will take care of your property.
